Right of Withdrawal

Each Frauen jacket / piece is produced only once an order has been placed. Many of the blankets we use are secondhand, which gives each piece its own character, even when they appear in solid colors or classic patterns. For this reason, returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing fault, and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of a Frauen jacket / piece.

You naturally retain the right to make a claim in accordance with applicable law.
